These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wing Nut OS website and your purchase of digital products, subscriptions, coaching services, and any physical products offered from time to time ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Life Hack OS is operated as a sole proprietorship based in British Columbia, Canada.

2. Products and Services
Life Hack OS primarily sells digital modules (one-time purchase and subscription-tier access), plus coaching, consulting, and workshop services. From time to time we may also offer physical products, which may be fulfilled via dropshipping through third-party suppliers located outside Canada.

3. Pricing and Currency
All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed. Prices already paid for confirmed orders will not change.

4. Taxes
Orders shipped within or accessed from Canada are subject to applicable federal and provincial sales tax. For customers in British Columbia, this is 5% GST plus 7% PST (12% combined); other provinces are charged at their applicable GST/HST rate. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by their own country on physical goods. If you are purchasing digital products from outside Canada, you are responsible for determining whether your own jurisdiction requires you to self-assess any local tax (e.g., VAT) on digital purchases.

5. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full payment card details. All sales are final once digital access has been granted or a physical order has shipped, except as set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, the Life Hack OS name and branding) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission. Purchasing a digital module grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the version you purchased — it does not grant resale or redistribution rights, except where the core prompt-pack components are explicitly released under an open-source license.

9. No Medical or Therapeutic Advice
Life Hack OS is a self-directed productivity and life-management tool, not a medical or mental health service. Nothing we publish, sell, or say in a coaching session is medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using our Services does not create a clinical relationship of any kind. If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services or a licensed professional.

10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with site security or functionality, submit false information when placing an order, or reverse-engineer or redistribute paid digital products beyond what your license permits.

11. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life Hack OS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site, digital products, coaching services, or any physical products purchased — including delays caused by third-party suppliers or carriers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under BC law.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, regardless of your location. If you are purchasing from outside Canada, you agree that any dispute will be resolved under British Columbia law.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
